I am participating in the secret Santa and a bought a few pieces of gear for the person i got but I don't know if i can send that to the person and if i can i don't know how.

You can by going to Relics > Inventory > Gift Inventory and then the last option where you can gift gear to the pack. ^^

I'm pretty sure it's allowed to send gear for secret santa!

To send gear, go to Relics>Inventory, and scroll down to the Gift Inventory. You'll be able to select what gear you want to send, and how many you want to send. You'll need to put the the number of the pack you're sending the gear to in the blank, so make sure it's the right one!
