The Heavens is a game account that is technically inactive, wolves go there after they are dead.
On a computer you can go to dead wolf's page and click the arrows next to the image and go see other dead wolfs, but the list doesn't show up on the den because perhaps of space or Internet storage.

The heavens is basically a holding place for dead wolves.
They stay there until they're deleted from the game, unless they have been added to a memorial.
