Highlight the URL with your cursor > Right Click on the highlighted bit > click copy > go to the wolfplay tab > right click on the chat box where you type a message > click paste > click "chat"

If the alliance you're in is on the top left of the blue-green bar, then your alliance is blue. If your alliance is on the bottom right of the blue-green bar, then your alliance is green ^^

That depends on what side your alliance is on. If your alliance is on the left(top), then it's represented by the blue. If it's on the right(bottom) then it's represented by the green. There's no real set color for alliances you're in.
