Black Rose looked at him shocked. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say you liked me from the way you talk." She walked up to him and flicked her tail in his face. She smiled. "If you do, then I'm sorry to say that it would take more to win me over." She winked at him and laughed.

"To be noted" Was all Chase managed to say without completely cracking up. He could see the shock on Rose's face and he had to admit it was hysterical. He could see sunlight coming through the trees ahead and knew it was the clearing of camp.

Black Rose rolled her eyes and then cleared her throat before walking to where the light came from. She flicked her tail a little before turning to look at Chase. "Come on, slowpoke." She said and chuckled. "You don't want to miss this" she walked to the clearing and sprayed out her body so her fur could trap in the warmth of the sun.

Chase chuckled, "Strange, but smart I suppose" He flopped down on the hot grass to warm up after being in the cool and shady forest. "And I wasn't that slow" he defended, to tired to object any more though.

Black Rose smiled. "I disagree." She said and laughed before letting out a content sigh. She liked warming up in the sun. "It feels nice, doesn't it?" She asked before feeling her back nice and warm so she turned on her back to warm her belly.

"I can agree with that. Yes, it does feel nice" Chase rumbled. His dark colored fur started to heat up so he rolled onto his back and looked up at the clouds while he warmed his belly. He let his tongue flop out of the side of his mouth contentedly.

Black Rose stretched. Her body was nice and warm after a few minutes and she loved it. She sat up and looked at him. She laughed once she saw him stick out his tongue. "What are you? A pup?" She giggled. Though it is kinda cute. In a way.

"I don't know, I do it without even noticing when I lay on my back. If I roll over onto my back my tongue flops out, I don't know why" Chase flopped onto his side and he brought his tongue back in with a chuckle.

Black Rose nodded. She stood up and walked over to him and gently placed a paw on his head. "Stop being cute." She ordered before smiling. She sat down with her paw still on his head. She wanted to out her paw on his muzzle but she was too lazy. A head would do for now.

Chase's eyes widened, "I mean I wasn't trying to, but cool" he smirked. He closed his eyes with exhaustion as Rose put her paw on his head. He silently wished that she would stay in his pack forever. Rose even has suspected that he liked her, but so what.. that has nothing to do with anything..
