Frosty's Pov "Kill him," was all the leader said the guards hesitantly killed him. I stayed a good distance away glaring at our clan leader. He was abusive and could probably care less about us, he was born into his rank and has never been challenged. If anyone challenged him, he would be screwed, he is in a terrible state and it's a surprise he could even fly. He was the dragon version of those fat kings that act like they are in charge of everything and know it because they are, but think that no one will challenge them. I was waiting for the day someone did, his human was just as bad. -------- I am so sorry it keeps taking so long, i just remember to finally set alerts |

---------- It's alright! ---------- (WISP POV) ||He sighed, he could tell their leader did not at all deserve nor earn his role. But he couldn't do anything about it, he was a lower rank of royal and all he could do is bring it before the eyes of the more powerful.|| "About time though, I am curious. Where you born into your role or did you challenge your heir? That's the only way we can get into our roles." ||He was curious to see if he would answer honestly or just make up a lie, he'd be happy even with a half truth|| |

Frosty's Pov "I was hatched into my role, I'm so intimidating that everyone is too scared to challenge me and my rider!" He said proudly and I rolled my eyes knowing it wasn't true. His rider, the chief, was as bad as him. No one liked him because of how much he boasted, who am I kidding no one likes either of them. They haven't even found mates yet and they are almost out of season. "I should probably be getting back to the clan now, goodbye," he said flying away with a little struggle to get off the ground. Once he was a good enough distance away I got out of the tree and landed back on the ground near where everyone was. |

(WISP POV) ||He'd roll his eyes, he could just tell by the clans hesitations and silents that no one was even remotely CLOSE to scared, they just didnt challenge him. He knew himself that leading even a small clan is hard work, but it could be done even by a low ranked|| (OWL'S POV) ||He watched Frost jumped from the tree, he shifted slightly as he stood close to Wisp ready to aid him in anything. Though he understood why she was so- lets say... defensive of her rider, she had to deal with that pain in the tail leader. Actually, far from leader, more like a really bad mentor who doesnt care as long as he gets food. He cleared his throat, his voice was kinda shaken|| "Hey...so uhm, sorry about the whole- attacking you thing. Coal always says ' If you dont know them, get to know them even if they don't want to.' Or something like that, but I wasnt trying to hurt your- what do you call it...Pet?" ||He was awkward and shaky, but obviously trying his best|| |

Frosty's Pov "She is more of a caretaker than a pet," I explained "I would say similar to a servant but more like an alliance, I provide protection and she takes care of me when I'm sick or get an infection and stuff," I said shifting my weight. The saddle on my back was warming up and I could feel her shifting a lot, she was also nervous. I guess anyone would be if something over 5 times your size was communicating with others of its species that are 'wild' then I would be too. If we came up upon a human tribe that isn't sophisticated I would immediately become nervous because similar to dragon clans killing humans, human tribes kill dragons. |

(OWL'S POV) ||He tilted his head to the creature|| "Strange, we don't usually interfere with the creatures mostly because. They hunt most of us down for our scales or pelts, thats what happened to one of our royals. But these ones seem more fearful than anything, I personally like them especially the little ones. They used to come into the forest where I hung out and play with me, but now they dont come around..." ||He was laid down slightly spayed out, he was warming his body but he noticed some of the humans coming near him. He looked up to Frosty with a slightly worried look|| "Should I get up?-" |

Frosty's Pov "It would be the smartest idea," I said "They have a tendency to let their curiosity get the best of them so they get close," I explained with a sigh. I looked around at the approaching humans, they were just normal humans without dragons. Not ever human got a dragon, sometimes the egg put in their crib at birth never hatches. |

(OWL'S POV)
||He Shifted into more of a sitting position, he wanted to make sure he could take off if needed, he glanced over to Coal and Wisp who were talking amongst themselves then back at the creatures.|| "So your saying that if they dont have a dragon at birth they have to catch one themselves? Or like train one?" ||A smaller human walked up to Owl, they had a wide eyed stare and were fixed on Owl. He noticed them and gently sniffed them, no dragon of their own that he could smell or see. Some of the other humans were looking at his tail,wings,legs, etc etc. But the little human was the only one that was giving him space, he was honestly surpised|| "Do they train the little ones to let a dragon choose them when they dont get a dragon? Or do they just- I dont know, grab them and take charge or something." ||As he spoke he was slowly sliding into a laying position again, trying to get a better look at the little human.|| |

Frosty's Pov - 1st Person "The humans say 'It's God's Will' if a human doesn't get a dragon, so they aren't given a chance to get another but it allows them to ride horses instead so they normally become farmers. Farmers are some of the richer humans in our tribe since the herbs and animal fats come from them," I continued to explain "So normally they stay content with their roles, some caretakers or riders are so low they would prefer to be farmers but can't because we might accidentally burn their crops or eat their herds." |
