Silver shook his head, "No, I had to find my balance before I learned to run at top speed and I don't run at full speed often as there is no need." He turned his head, taking her in. "Would you like to learn how to balance while running? I know a place where most of the wolves learned." He asked, blinking at her.

Hail fished the fish and like her lips " i guess" she said as she began to dig a hole and throw the bones in then covered it up she walked up to shadow and nodded so they could go

Silver Shadow stretched, covering up the bones of his fish as well. "Follow closely, there is some wolf traps on the way and we don't want to get caught in them." With that, Silver took off in a quick trot, weaving through the trees.

Hail followed being careful not to get into a wolf trap she picked up the pace a little bit to catch up

Silver Shadow came to a small river and plunged in, relishing in the coldness. Swimming strongly to the other side, he looked back to make sure Hail was doing okay.

Hail jumped into the water she followed him using some of her strength to keep her above water she continued to follow him quietly her ears where perched just in case something comes

Once Hail reached him, he headed out into a brisk trot coming to a halt at an old bridge with a small stream underneath it. He turned to Hail. "This is where we would train running at full speed. To get across, you have to keep your balance or you fall off and get wet. As pups, we didn't like getting wet so we would try to keep our balance." He backed up a bit before running across the bridge making it to the other side in only a couple strides. He walked back, the whole bridge swaying side to side. Getting back on land, he said, "First, we would walk across getting our balance on the unstable bridge and then at a brisk trot. After that, we would try full sprint which most of the time, we fell off until we got the hang of it. The point of this is so that when we are going full speed and weaving trees, we won't slide, slip or fall. Helps with hunting." He finished, panting. "Go ahead and give it a go."

Hail nodded she troted across the briged then troted back to shadow easily tehn looked at him

Silver nodded to her before saying, "Now try running across it. If you can keep your balance while at a slow run, you will have a better chance of staying on the bridge at full speed."

"ok" she said she Slowly ran across and back keeping her balance then she went into a full on sprint across she made it across then ran back but tripped over her paws but reached the end
