He smirked amused but happy that she reassured him. "That would be cool rooming together." He had a feeling that she would want to kill him even more than she usually did, but she was his closest friend. Surely, it would be fun as well.
"Yeah. We can eat together. Just let me know, and I'll let him know and maybe we'll show up at the same time." He chuckled a little. He was amused that she was trying to bring up a past time to now. They weren't the same, and he wasn't sure why she felt the need to go back.
"I don't know my roommate very well. I'm still not sure if he'll like me. I have no idea if we'll be friends or just on friendly terms who deal with each other." He snorted, "But how could he not like you? You are very likable, I assure you. At least I don't have to worry about your roommate liking me."
He started walking. "We better start our tour. I have classes eventually, and I would like to be there. I did pay to sit in those classes." He tried to start a brisk walk that she wouldn't be able to keep up with asserting his superiority before he slowed down to let her catch up.
His eyes widened. "Me. Bored of you? You're the one who makes sure I have a life besides school. You are the exciting thing in my life. Even if you were boring, I find you relaxing. I know you and I can be myself around you."
He smirked deviously. "If you are annoying that means you can't be too offended when I'm annoying." Theodore did get a kick out of being annoying every now and then. "Huh. Somehow we bother just like each other. Symbiotic boring and annoyingness."
"Look. The bench in the shade. It made a nice picnic spot. We'll have to use it sometime before it gets cold." They were walking onto the next spot when they bumped into Sophie. "Oh. Hello." Theodore was confused until he realized that she was speaking to Zoey." He looked at his friend pointedly. "So you do have other friends. You never show them to me." She managed to weasel and meet his friends, but her friends were more elusive.
"Have I seen you around before? Zoey has managed to never introduce us. It really is an unfair advantage she insists upon. We're wandering around campus until classes. What are you up to?"
