Sirius's vision grew hazy. She managed to say. "Aspen...don't let him...Aspen!..."

She was losing the world...

Tear Ivy stared at the wolf talking to her. She whimpered in alarm at the word human, and let out a snarl.

"Maybe he's better off as a magnificent wolf than a murderous human." She said the last word with a sad, distant look in her eyes. She blinked tears away.

Dawn was no longer relaxed. She stood up and shot towards the sound.

Dusk's Beta instincts kicked in, and he raced in the direction of the racket.

Luna looked at the wolf and snickered a bit. "I agree. Humans are terrible." Luna growled harshly. She then looked at the wolf. The wolf seemed sad. Luna sat on her haunches and folded her ears back. "The humans....took away my sister...and by the looks of it...a member of your family?" Luna asked. She then felt a bit of sorrow and added. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." Luna looked at Sirius. She's just unconscious. I can see her side rising. Luna thought, looking back at the wolf.

(Should we make it so that Tear Ivy is her sister? That would be a fun twist :p)

Tear Ivy hesitated. Should I tell her? she thought.

Dawn and Dusk darted towards the sound, but suddenly, Dusk tripped over a root and tumbled to the ground. Dawn, coming up the path behind him, collided with him just as he was getting up. They slammed together with the smacking sound of bone.

Dusk's eyes rolled back in his head, and he flopped to the ground with his tongue sticking out. He was unconscious.

Dawn stared, holding her paw to her ribcage. "Owww..." she groaned. When she lifted her paw, a huge purple-green bruise was beneath.

(that would be a good plot twist! Sure)

Luna whined and looked toward the forest. She had heard a sound but listened closer. She didn't hear anything else so she turned back to the wolf.

"I was taken away from my family by the humans when I was very young... Luckily I was able to escape, but I was so far from home (Spider-Man vibes here) that I couldn't come back to them... I miss my sister so much..." Tear Ivy trailed off, tears gathering in her eyes.

Trying to change the subject, she said, "What was your sister like?"

Luna sighed and said, "She was very kind. Sometimes mischievous and funny. She liked hiding and adventuring. She was my only sister. I actually don't really know if she's dead anymore because all I heard was a loud boom and she wasn't there. I ran far away and found this pack." Luna choked back tears and said, "My sister was the only family that I had left. I don't have any family other than this amazing pack.....and it seems to be falling apart." Luna said, looking towards Sirius and Farris. Luna folded her ears back.
