Amara looked back. "There are other cubs, but a few of them dont like others. Dont approach them unless they approach you" she said before she looked at Constance. "You will be eating after everyone else. Your cub can eat with the others since she was only following you, but you lead her into our territory" she replied. Amara kept walking towards the camp. Her head was held high as she reached the cave. She gave a small smile seeing Echo talking to Amber, Luna quietly talking to Fae. / Aria looked at the lionesses. "We best try to find something soon" she said as Tara motioned to head west. The younger lionesses looked up at Aria. "I smell gazelle" she said quietly. (Short) |

Shani The golden-furred lioness's tail twitched with anticipation. This was the first hunt she had been on since the one she had been kicked in the head on. It felt good to be out in the grasslands, having the sun warm her and the scent of prey assault her nostrils. Her audits swiveled at the sound of Aria's voice. Mmm...gazelle, one of Shani's favorite meals. Her sand paper tongue swiped across her ivory canines as her mouth watered with anticipation. |

Chaos could tell that Constance would have some adjusting to pride life. She didn't understand that she had no room to be defiant. If she was going to join, she needed to be able to follow orders. He flicked his tail to lead them back to camp. He tried to make sure that he would be able to talk to his cub. "The hunting patrol should be returning soon. I am sure that you are hungry." |

Maya was curled up in the darker area of the cave. She licked her stomach a moment before she lowered her head and gave a sigh. She hated the males that she had met as a nomad. Due to them, she had no idea who was the father of her unborn cubs, and she was going to have them any day. Lowering her ears, she doubted that the males even cared that she was due to have cubs at any moment. Giving a small whimper, she felt the cubs move a little more viciously than normal. |

"Hmm, yes she'll need to start eating meat soon, because my milk won't sustain her much anymore" Constance spoke to Chaos as she watched Adaliya bound around his legs, and she gave a small chuckle. "It's going to be odd, joining a new pride. I was second to the Queen in my old one until it was destroyed, but alas something new is amazing" She then moved towards the camp, and she observed the lions and lionesses cautiously. She watched as her daughter bounded into a dark cave, and Constance grumbled her frustration. " Adaliya get back here now " Constance spoke sternly " Mama their is a lioness in here!" Adaliya chirped "And? She should smack you for encroaching upon her space." the ebony lioness spoke, and she cautiously entered the cave, " I apologize for my daughter. I thought I raised her to not be so rude and run off " She flicks her tail, and watched her daughter sulk out the cave and look ar Chaos for help. "Your father is not going to help you out in your punishment for being so naughty today" she said, before she looked at the lioness in concearn at the whimper, " are you alright my dear?" |

Maya gave a startled growl when the cub came in. She clawed at the dirt below her before she glared at the lioness. "Just the cubs" she said as she stood up to turn around. Before she laid back down, it wasnt hard to tell the cubs would be born any day. She clenched her jaw as she slowly laid down and placed her head on her paws, sighing as she felt the cubs move around once more. |

Ivy / Ivy watched the new lioness come in. The lioness looked so much like her, except her pelt was darker and her eyes were green. Ivy felt slightly sickened as she saw the lioness had a cub. That's it, she shall never have ANY feelings for Chaos (ah, an empty promise xD). Ivy decided to approach Maya, as she looked more strained than usual. She approached the shy lioness, glancing at the new lioness. Will she also be causing trouble? She seems bold, and confident. Ivy couldn't help but smile a little as the new lioness was scolding her daughter (Adaliya, Ivy remembers). Ivy sat down beside Maya, but not too close. She glanced at her, then at her stomach. The cubs were moving more active than usual. Ivy looked at Maya for a second, then looked away. She didn't like Maya (even though she barely knows her): she was too shy for her liking. Perhaps she'll change? Ivy purposefully avoided looking at Chaos, casually licking her paws. / Siku / (@Non sequiter, you aren't really responding with Yael (but it is okay, no worries) so imma just pretend that Yael has budged from the place and returned to the den with Siku) / Siku entered the cave, allowing Yael to go and reconcile with other cubs that are in the den. The new lioness caught his eyes. Well well, another nomad joining their pride? What is this madness? Siku calmed himself, thinking 'the more, the better'. He smiled at the cub of the new lioness, and sat at the entrance, watching out for the hunting patrol so he could warn them of the newcomer. / Ukuta / Ukuta also smelled the air.
"The young lioness is right", Ukuta confirmed, her grey eyes scanning the horizon, "There are gazelles nearby". (short :P) / Nyasi / "Ugh, can we go home? There is nothing new here. What if Chaos or Siku need our help?", Nyasi grumbled, mockingly sniffing the air again, and widening his eyes in mock surprise when finding there is nothing out of place around him and Midnight. |

Yael padded after his father. "I have done "SO" much today." He was a little tired. He had much energy but he never did that much walking. "Do you need me for anything else?" He looked up with wide worshipful eyes. His eyes turned suspiciously on the newcomers. "Who is that?" They became a little more excited, "Can I play with the other cub?" He was getting hungry. He could show the lioness cub the prey pile. Perhaps she would even play with him. If she had a cub, she had to be a nice lioness. He looked up wistfully at his father hoping he could play. He had already worked that day. Chaos felt guilty as he snuck a glance at Ivy. What was he supposed to do? Was Constance his mate? Was Ivy willing to talk to him? Did he have a choice? He could help raise his cub without being Constance's mate. To distract himself and Adaliya from the lionesses he spoke, "I can show you some of the cubs. It would be good for Adaliya to make friends." |

Maya gave a small growl, one too low for anyone but her to hear, as another came over. She had never been one for talking with others since she joined. She stood up once more and moved a little farther into the cave before she laid back down with her head on her paws. She gave a small sigh before she clawed at the ground again, feeling the cubs move more and more. Midnight looked at Nyasi. "What would the dominants think if we went back and there was something hiding just out of sight" he said rather boredly. He sighed before he looked around. "How about we make this a game" he asked, hoping to help keep the younger male's interest. Aria nodded. "Get ready. I would like to try to catch something today" she said, though she knew it was unlikely with their luck the past few days of always catching something. *With a growing pride, we need more food* she thought as Tara kept close. |

Constance gave a small smile towards the incoming lionesses and lions. She looked at her daughter who seemed fixated on a male cub, and Constance chuckled. Fine, she'd let her daughter pester someone else for a bit.. "Fine but she's still in trouble" Constance spoke to Chaos, " she needs the interaction and social skills of a pride. It's been a bit long since I've been in a pride...so it's good she's here " She watched a little male cub look at her and Adaliya in interest and he seems to be accompanied by his father. She looking towards Chaos said, " Now who are they? And don't tell me it's none of my business. If I'm joining this pride then I must know everyone, as it would be improper and rude not to." Adaliya, the blonde-cream cub gave a friendly smile to the male cub, Yael and looked at his father with wide eyes. That lion was big! But she had her dad to protect her. "Father, can I go play with the other cubs. Mama said it's ok! Could you introduce me?" she said looking up at him hopefully with sapphire orbs glimmering |
