Morpheus woke with a start. He jumped up kicking Tori in the process. He looked down at her to make sure she was ok. "Are you alright Tori?" He asked worried.

Tori groaned a little. "Yeah, lots of cramps, but yeah" She sighed, slowly getting up.

The pup licked her dad, seeing he was angry. "Dad, why are you mad? Am I asking too many questions? Should I stop? Or is it helping? Do you have a headache? Are you feeling well? Where are we going?" She asked him.

Morpheus walked over to the water and lapped some up. "We should take a look at your stomach. It might be healed enough to let it air out." He said as he walked back to Tori. He nuzzled her before stretching.

"Your fine sweety. I just have a lot on my mind now that your mom is gone. I don't know." The male wolf told his pup. I can't take care of a pup on my own. I should go back and ask that other wolf to take her. I don't want to just abandon her. He thought to himself worried.

"DADDY!" The pup howled, seeing a huge grizzly charge at them, straight, at them.

Tori slowly got up. "Okay dear, it feels swollen, but I don't know for sure" She said, shaking lightly, and then looking down at the ground, where she was laying. There was a huge puddle of blood, from where it had leaked through the herbs.

The male wolf picked the pup up and threw it in a bush. "Stay there until it's safe to come out." He growled at the bear ready to defend the pup.

Morpheus looked at Tori. "Lay back down I'll get more herbs and things. " He walked out of the den. She might be prgnant. I've seen this before when I was a pup learning to heal. I should get the healer to make sure I;m doing everything right. He thought as he gathered everything he needed for Tori.

Tori sighed, efore forcing a smile, and laying back down, but in a new spot. "Okay" She said, closing her eyes, and she rested her head. Was it normal to always be this tired? Was it normal to bleed that much?

The pup whimpered, scared. "DADDY!" She yelled, tears in her eyes, as she watched, the bear angry over something.

Morpheus finished gathering what he needed for more bandages. He walked back ing the den and over to Tori. He set to work taking off the old bandages. "I'm going to go get the healer from my old pack since they aren't far. I'll have to sneek in because by now they probably know I'm not coming back, but I don't know to much about healing. " He told her as he continued to take the old bandages off.

"Stay hidden." The male wolf growled to his cub. The bear was getting to close to where the pup was at so he attacked jumping at the bears throat.

The pup shook, stepping back, and shoving her head into her tail, scared for her fathers life. She then growled at the bear, trying to scare it off.

Tori sighed. "Okay" She said, licking his cheek. She then looked down. "Is it bad?" She asked him.

"It's very swollen like some one has been kicking it. Did I kick you while I slept?" Morpheus asked her. He started to redress and bandage the wound.

The male wolf was swiped to the side and hit a rock. He quickly got back on his feet ready to take on this bear and protect his pup even if it cost him his life.

"Daddy!" She howled, tears in her eyes, as she watched the blood drip from his back.

Tori sighed. "I don't know, I was dead asleep, you could have. But it could have also been because of the bleeding" She said, opening her eyes.
