So I accidentally cracked the screen of my school computer while I was playing a game on it (some random browser game) and the game was freezing while I was trying to survive and well I got angry and kind of grabbed the screen a little too hard.
I should have just stopped playing the game and destressed before trying again or just completely stopped playing it for the day. I don't know man, I'm a really competitive person with a bit of anger issues and I just wanted to complete a challenge. 😓
I hope my computer gets fixed soon (I haven't sent it in yet) because I do virtual school and I can do my work whenever but being behind in work is a hassle. I was really looking forward to this weekend too. (since I get to play online games with my friends) 😞
If any of you guys have some tips on handling stress/anger then I really need it. I do have some stress toys but I don't like to use them because I end up breaking them and some of them are too loud.
