Whoops, yes, I completely forgot about mentioning that!

Yes, traditional art is allowed but it needs to be well photographed and coloured, just like digital art does.

I'd recommend watching this video for some tips on how to get decent quality photos of traditional art without needing something like a scanner.

And the answer is yes, you can!
Please just let me know with either a DM or a post on this thread.

You cannot change your tier after signups have closed and December begins.

I may not be able to complete the art but I'll try my best! I'm busy with school and holidays so I might not have enough time to finish A full piece but I can try! I'll definitely let you know if I need to drop out (just giving A heads up)
