Love, I recommend a parent, a teacher you trust, or get your sis to help out. If this keeps happening I also recommend seeing a therapist and trying to talk it out. That's where I'm headed now anyway (art therapy recommended by my therapist, but therapy nonetheless.) and unless you're allergic, I can also recommend equine therapy. Went from panic attacks every time I blinked to maybe once every 2 weeks ish with rare exception

I literally started that convo but didn't mention my own character lol. Kai'zen is about 5'10'' (subject to change) and bisexual as all my characters are legally required to be 🫡
