Love, I recommend a parent, a teacher you trust, or get your sis to help out. If this keeps happening I also recommend seeing a therapist and trying to talk it out. That's where I'm headed now anyway (art therapy recommended by my therapist, but therapy nonetheless.) and unless you're allergic, I can also recommend equine therapy. Went from panic attacks every time I blinked to maybe once every 2 weeks ish with rare exception

fall may be pretty (and my favorite season) but spring has abundant prey and i feel it would be easier to set the stage during nice weather :0
