Explore is so weird now. Sometimes it's fine and then sometimes when I move tiles it's like it refreshes every single tile every time I move. It drives me nuts

The Bad guys usually come from the Reaper--the Reaper is more of a group name but also the name of the dude leading the whole shebang. I don't quite know if there's a tell-tale sign if one is a part of that group yet. So, I'm open to ideas.
