Okay, so (obviously) I need help. :( Doing digital art, I feel like I could be good at it and I would certainly enjoy it, it'd be so fun. But there's one thing that absolutely and completely RUINS it for me. I can't ever get straight lines! They're always super wiggly and I hate it and end up giving up for a week+. Any suggestions on how to fix/improve this? Thank you so much!
Info:
I'm using a laptop with a touchscreen and have a stylus available but it doesn't register well so I don't use it. I generally use Corel Painter Essentials but part of suggestions could be different (free) art programs.

No, it doesn't, that's something I would want if I got a different app though.

I just use 2D shapes, my art app has lines. But I don't know if that's on option for you, just a suggestion

I'd reccomend downloading FireAlpaca or MediBang Paint if you're using a laptop. I've used both of these and they have the stabilizer or 'correction' tool. They're both quite good but I use MediBang more. You can do animations in FireAlpaca, though.

I would suggest Ibis Paint X :)
It has the stabilizer tool, and is free, has a ton of brushes, and force fade, which really helps me :)
