I mean the weight of SVs doesn't really matter but he also has bad vitals, id say customize him if you dont have any other SVs to customize

This isn't really an incomplete sentence. They are basically just saying they dont love ninjago without being rude.
",but me..." is a very common way of indirectly saying you dislike something. Better than going "I think this sucks"
