Because if it's just the worm, it's a lot easier to deal with. (I can also PM you guys with a few ways to check if you're cursed but I don't want to clog up the form) Some cleansing methods to remove a curse from an object are: running it through incense or sage smoke, submerging in moon water (not reccomended for the wormy boi), resting it in salt, moonlight cleansing and sunlight cleansing, crystal cleansing, chanting, ect. Since it's not a curse you put on it yourself you would need to cleanse it multiple times, and also be sure to prounouce your intent to break the curse out loud, firmly without doubt. If it helps, maybe meditate beforehand and really focus on your intention. |

The backstory- His name is Ted Bundy and at my cousin's lake house, we taped Ted Bundy to the ceiling fan in our shared room. When we turned on the fan, Ted Bundy fucking flew off the string somehow and disappeared. We never found him but the string still hangs from the ceiling fan. Now every time we tried to get the string down, someone would happen, usually something bad, and we can't fucking get it down. Like the ladder would suddenly collapse so we couldn't get up or a pipe would violently burst and we'd have to abandon our efforts to go fix it. Without fail, something bad happens. It's... mildly terrifying. And we searched the room, there is legit no Ted Bundy worm to be found.

Highkey I would make sure to cleanse the room as well. A curse on a Ted Bundy worm alone would bring bad things but that also sounds like it could just be general bad vibes surrounding the room, so just to be safe cleanse the space with insense too, and maybe sprinkle salt as well. Selenite is also really good for protection. |

Understandable. I'm not saying Teddy boi isn't cursed, just that he could be drawing bad vibes with him. I had a mirror in my old room that did the same thing - I thought it was cursed so I was so focused on it I didn't even think about the rest of the space. |

It was supposed to be a joke- my cousin has a collection of cute worms named after serial killers and I thought it was funny so I named mine Ted Bundy and now this is just... aaaaa fuck.

Oh what happened?
I had a lot of nightmares until one night I woke up to a shadow of a man standing over me. He reached for my neck but by then I had shot out of bed and it was gone. The mirror was cracked though, so I put a cloth over it and stayed up all night trying to cleanse it. Finally at around 3 am Apollo gave me a sign that I could go back to bed (his candle flickered out after being lit with me all that time). The next morning I got that shit out of my house because I was freaked the freak out |
