It's probable but far from certain. Having one or both parents with a defect will only give a slightly higher chance of getting a pup with a defect. It might be closer to a 20% chance.

292 Male Albinos

309 Female Albinos

Making a total of 601 albinos.

Out of a total of 101919 wolves.

Don't think I need to do the math to show you how low the chances of getting an albino are.
