Chasing other packs off and coming out on top (most dominant) gives a random chance. I've run into several packs and won, but this time got a moon flower

I howled and 50+ wolves herd them and 25+wolves howled back and got a flower every time

Indeed I think 25+ is the requirement

I really think itÂ’s ether 50+ wolves hear them and/or 25+ howl back because I howled 2 times and those times I got 50+ wolves hear them and 25+howl back and got 3 moon flowers both times . Then 41 wolves hear them and 22 wolves howled back and got nothing on my last try
