Quite honestly, Bell couldn't care less. She doesn't normally pay much attention to the news, so she is only aware of the bare nessessaties. She believes that ignorance is bliss.

Bell is a tall, average looking girl. She has pointed ears and a massive amount of bushy black hair, normally partially up in two buns. Her eyes are slightly different colors, her right being a dark blue-green, and the left a paler blue. Bell has a slightly squished nose with a side piercing on the left side, always fitted with a small stud. She has a large, abstract lined tatoo across her chest. She isn't very curvy, and is very thin, though not to the point of unhealthy.
Normally, Bell wears pale colored sweatshirts, with the occasional bright t-shirt underneath. Of course, when she's working, she wears colorful sweaters, but only out of obligation. She always wears black pants, be it jeans or dress pants. You will absolutely never catch her in a dress.

Isabell has a very calm demeanor, which makes her a popular person to be around. She has a lot of patience, which makes her very good at her job. She doesn't always have a lot of personality due to her patience and calm, and is often described as bland. However, whenever a subject she enjoys is brought up, she becomes very animated and overpowering in the discussion. Isabell is always a kind and compassionate person, with both humans and animals. She is often, however, overly submissive and struggles to be firm and punish her students.
