Ayesha rolls her eyes, wondering if she should snap or try to apoligize again. She sighs, maybe I should go home. It's clear I'm not welcomed. She glances towards Leo,"Look, I'm sorry okay? I'm not use to conversations, or this thing people call feelings. Cliche I know, blah blah. But I don't like people." She sighs once again,"I don't know how to make you warm up to me, but I'm willing to keep trying." She tries for a half smile, but just assumed that Leo was about to snap at her again. God people really were difficult. |

Leo's ruby red eyes flicked up briefly before he looked back down at the fire, if anything scooting a bit away. He couldn't care less what she didn't have or what she wasn't used to. He knew one thing that people who made excuses weren't people who were willing to work with him. Sure, he was impulsive sometimes but this... whatever that was, it wasn't rubbing him the right way and he refused now to break his oath of silence. |

With a soft sigh, Ayesha just gets up and heads into her lean to. Sitting down inside, now hidden from the clearing. She glances at the walls, before leaning her head back against the wall. She wasn't going to complain, she wasn't going to cry, and she wasn't going to be rude. It wouldn't help, and it wouldn't get her anywhere. If Leo wanted silence, then fine, Ayesha would work in silence. A wave of sleepiness hit her, but Ayesha wasn't so sure if she wanted to sleep. |

Leo bristled a bit before shifting, pacing outside the ring of light. He was angry, he was irritated and now he was on high alert. Night time meant things could creep up without them seeing. At least he could keep watch. At the very least he was going to do this right instead of brainlessly following nut wagons around. Oh yeah, go as a spy. The very thing your parents did and died doing. Absolutely brilliant, a plan Einstein would most certainly approve of. |

Ayesha then wonders, should she offer to help keep watch. So with a reluctant sigh, she pokes her head out her make shift little tent thing. "Do you need any help to keep watch? Surely you'll need soome rest." Even if it was for an hour or two. But perhaps he didn't, Ayesha didn't know. She had said sorry, but it seems Leo's attitude hadn't changed. She wasn't going to give up though, just because Leo wanted to act all salty. Ayesha knew it was a bad idea, but when she first suggested it. She wasn't even thinking straight, though she supposed that wasn't the best excuse. |

"I'll wake you when it's your turn." He stated shortly, continuing his awkward pace. Each step he took with his prosthetic foot was accompanied by the gentle whirring, subtle but audible now that everything was falling silent. The crickets sang their song into the night, creating a cacophonous chorus that filled the silvery moonlit air with a shivering symphony. Few birds sang, if anything the subtle croon of an owl filled a deeper hole into the night air. Leo continued his pacing, undeterred. |

"Alright."
Came her simple response, as she slips back inside the lean to. This time relaxing back on her back, her hand tucked behind her head to act as a cushion. Ayesha muses to herself, I wonder how far that creature traveled? Before her eyes drift shut, listening to the sounds of the forest. The crickets, the gentle whirring of a prostehtic foot, a few birds still singing, and the sound of a owl in the quiet night air. And the sound of Leo pacing in the clearing.
Then Ayesha was asleep. |

The soft sound of her breathing was the only sound that Leo had to tell him that she was asleep. Finally. His lip curled in distaste, disgust even, as he continued pacing around in the circle. He paced for hours, waiting, listening, jumping at each and every sound. It seemed forever until he began to find himself dozing off. He shook himself awake and finally took a step toward the sleeping weredragon. Leo hesitated before telling himself it was for the best. He shook her awake, his ruby red eyes glowing through the thick darkness. "It's your turn," he finally stated and walked off to finally rest. What time it actually was? He had no idea. But he at least was going to have some sleep.
He curled up in the nook of the roots on the tree and finally shook his head, shaking golden hair. "Good night," he mumbled, eyes closed. |
