The scene between Nazar and Bolverkr didn't phase Misha in the slightest. She was used to their bickering, knew of their distaste for one another. Nor did Bolverkr's reaction towards his brother bother her, it wasn't so much as she wanted the male romantically, though that wouldn't be bad, she wanted what his future rank had to offer.
Misha knew what game it was she was playing, what role to act as in any given circumstance. So to say she was surprised by Bolverkr's reaction towards her was a incorrect. The she wolf didn't believe he was just automatically be open to her, however, she had kind of hoped he might go along with it. It would make things easier for her.
"I just figured it would get them off your back a little, give you room to breathe," she stated, explaining her supposed intentions. Which wasn't the case, she wanted to hurt that little omega where it hurts but Bolverkr choosing to spend time with his Intended over some lowly mongrel.
Her eyes refocused on Bolverkr as his harsh words were spoken and she slightly flicked her ears back, her head pulling back a bit as well. His last sentence caused her eyes to narrow, and she glared daggers into his back, before smirking softly taking a step forward before speaking.
"Bolverkr," she called softly, her voice sickly sweet, "just be careful, love, you wouldn't want anything to happen to the sweet little Omega of yours." It was a simply sentence but the meaning was clear. His parents might be inclined to rid of the reason their son was rejecting his chosen mate. Truthfully, while it wasn't the response she wanted from him, it played into her paw anyways.
The way Misha saw it, she could go to his parents after some feeble attempts to win Bolverkr over, feigning complete heartbreak over his constant rejection. Not sure what to do, she could pretend she sought them out for advice. Then she could explain that she thinks the Omega is preventing Bolverkr from being open to their arrangement, and has every intention of using their son of escalating her status within the pack. That, with her around, there was no way their son would ever allow himself any sort of affiliation with herself. She could then play it that they should find someone else, but obviously it wasn't the right fit, though she doubted anyone would win him over now. If she played it right, she was certain she could inadverantly convince his parents to remove sweet Yelena from the equation entirely.
With a gleeful little snort and a soft, "good day, Bolverkr," she trotted after the male's brother.
"Nazar," she called as she loped to catch up to him. "Are you okay?" She painted concern on her face, and laced her voice through it, though she figured the male could see right through it.
