Shadow sighed before saying, "Let's get you back to the village." He trotted around to the back of the village before seeing her owner. "Go to your owner before the hunters get back." He flicked his ears, not hearing the voices of the hunters yet.

"okay" said hail following him "bye Shadow" she said flicking her tail smiling to see him and ran off to her owner

"Bye Hail." He wagged his tail slightly before turning and trotting back into the forest. Circling around, he kept a lookout for the hunters.

hail looked at her owner she didn't know what was wrong he had a angry exspeshon but she didn't know why

Shadow trotted into the woods before hearing shouts of the hunters. Turning, he saw them arguing with the race locals pointing at Hail. Flattening his ears, he settled down to watch it pan out.

Hail seen a person from the pound and her owner didn't stop him from trying to grab her Hail let out a growl and all of them backed away

Shadow watched as the men backed away from her. Why isn't her owner trying to help her? She did just win the race after all. You should be congratulating her. He thought silently, glaring at Hail's owner.

Hail ran out of town and into the woods far into the shadowsshe sat down panting and looked at the town they had changed so much ever since she was a pup

Shadow saw Hail run out of the town and circled around. He found her panting in the woods. "You okay?" He asked gently, looking at her.

Hail didn't anwser just panting heavily "are all humans like that" she said ears flatten and eyes closed
