Love, I recommend a parent, a teacher you trust, or get your sis to help out. If this keeps happening I also recommend seeing a therapist and trying to talk it out. That's where I'm headed now anyway (art therapy recommended by my therapist, but therapy nonetheless.) and unless you're allergic, I can also recommend equine therapy. Went from panic attacks every time I blinked to maybe once every 2 weeks ish with rare exception

I think I might have seen the symptoms in an old pack member, before I was moved here with a sickly male wolf. He died from this illness. Am I a carrier? Not, I can not be. Sparrow would have cough it if I was.
