Chaos might be dumb, but he didn't think there would be any problems with Yael and Adaliya playing together. They were only cubs. Constance was okay with it. Siku was nodding approvingly. He could handle Aria if she panicked. Yael pranced over to Adaliya. "I'll be the evil hyena. You can be the lioness protecting her cub. Who should be the cub you're protecting?" he asked. Ajihad began walking. "Let's go this way. Hopefully, we'll stay out of the lionesses way." In the distance Ajihad saw Khaleesi and Aslan working together. He gestured to Fae. "Let's be helpful and bring in some bedding,"he told her. He didn't want to waste their walk. Hopefully, it would get some energy out of this young lioness. |

Adaliya giggles happily as she head butts Chaos affectionately, " Thank you daddy!" She says looking brightly at her father. The white-blonde cub looked at Yael saying, " Ooo, is their another cub that we can play with? " she says tilting her head curiously, " Mama fought a hyena once. They're stinky and loud, but mama easily clawed it's face!" The female does a dramatic pounce at an imaginary hyena mimicking her mother's motions. She looks at her mother who snickers amused by her daughter. The female looks happy actually and she looks to see Maya missing and wondered if she was alright, possibly having Cubs. Constance had had a four cub litter but only Ada survived. The others were either stillborn or a hyena got them. |

Fae smiled. "Do you think we will be able to find soft feathers" she asked Ajihad as she folowed him closely. "My momma used to like soft feathers, and daddy likes them too" she continued as she looked around for any sign of feathers or moss she could help carry. The young cub was eager to help the pride, even though she hadnt known pride life for more than a week. Amara watched as Ajihad took Fae out. She would be on alert if her father returned before they did to have him not worry. *She hasnt been out of the cave since we got here. She needs to stretch her legs* Amara thought as she saw Luna walking over to Echo and Amber, wanting to talk to the littermates. Reylya looked at Zypher and Zamri, wondering what the two would think of doing. Reyla knew about the pride near by due to the smell wondering, and she wondered if the older males had a plan on if they were going to try and join. Midnight smiled and raced to the tree, stretching out his legs. He had always wanted a son, but his mate had only had Fae, and he was happy to have at least one cub in the world. |

Nyasi / Nyasi widened his eyes as Midnight already started to run, and he started to chase the black lion determinedly. He hasn't raced against a grown lion, only against cubs and occassionally Tara. He felt thrilled that he was racing against an adult. He focused on his paws, and gasped out a sound of triumph. He has nearly reached Midnight's shoulders, but Midnight's long legs still surpassed his. Nyasi looked up, seeing that they are reaching the tree speedily. Nyasi wondered what he could do, then remembering how the lionesses hunt, he grinned wickedly. He stuck out a paw, as an attempt to trip Midnight. (emphasis on attempt!) |

Ajihad was happy to see a young cub invested in the pride already. She would become a great pride member, when she grew older. She already was a good pride member now, and she was full of promising potential. "I think we can find some feathers. If we don't, moss will be easier to find." It was more predictable where to gather moss. Yael smiled, "There is Fae. She is fun. I think most of the other cubs went to get trained," he shrugged. He looked at her with a smirk, "Our pride had a hyena war." How would she top that? He started stalking towards her. When he got closer, he leaped for her tail. "Ha. Got it." He held it for a moment waiting for her to struggle to release. Zamri wanted to get away from the pride. The drama with his former girl had been too much, and he wanted to avoid her at all costs. He also needed to feed his cubs. He wasn't sure what order he should do things in. |

Siku / Siku approached Amara. "Hey, I don't know if I asked you this before, but did you ever have another white lioness like Luna before in your family?", Siku asked his fellow leader, his heart beating from slight anticiaption, "It's just that, that coloring is not common among lions and you might have known a lioness I was.... close with". |

Amara looked at Siku as he approached and spoke. When he asked of another white lioness in her bloodlines she replied. "My mother told me that my aunt apparently was a white lioness as well, and that it seems to run in our blood" she said. She flicked her ear. "My mother did say she got separated from her when they were hunting a long time before Astrid and I were born." She gave a small shrug. The lighter lioness didnt think much of it at that point, never really knowing her aunt other than in stories. Amara knew there was a chance that her cubs could have always been born white, and she worried that Luna might attract attention from hunters. / Midnight ended up watching Nyasi's movement and managed to jump over the younger male with a chuckle before he reached the tree. "Not too bad for a young one" he said. "But you do still have much to learn." |

Siku / Siku smiled softly. "She might have been my friend, before the humans got her", Siku started with a smile, but then his face dropped when he mentioned the dangerous creatures. He glanced over at Luna. "Keep her safe", he adviced Amara softly, almost dreamily as he remembered his past, "Never leave her alone". On the last sentence, bitterness laced his voice. / Nyasi / "Drat", Nyasi cursed, then laughed. "Yeah I do, and when I do I will be the most feared lion in these lands", Nyasi boasted, and he felt himself like a cub, in a nostalgic way. He then sniffed the air. "You think the hunting patrol is back?" |

Adaliya's eyes widened at the mention of a hyena war, " That's cool! " the cub said excitedly flicking her tail, but she yelps in surprise as Yael lept for her tail, and she waited for him to release it, and she huffs playfully. Her tail brushed his chin slightly before she quickly turned and pounced on him, and placing her paws firmly on his shoulders. She gave a mischievous look from her sapphire optics and said, " Pinned ya" She giggled for a second before releasing him, " So what do cubs around her get trained for? Mama is teaching me how to track animals and learning their scents. "
The white-blonde leuc cub licked her paws clean from grime as she awaited a response, and tilted her head curiously. |
