Saoirse flew to the king, her back and wings bleeding. "Hondo, they took the pups!" She said frantically.

Saoirse bapped her mate on the nose. "Pull yourself together! We'll do anything to get them back."

She growled at the henchwolf that was carrying her. And why would they take the two newborn pups?

She snapped him out of it. "Nate Venus, lets go." He said. "Saoirse keep Okami safe." Then he flew off towards the henchwolves den.

Saoirse muttered some rude things about the patriarchy, but went to find her daughter.
