Anyone interested in being in Hoffen's regiment/group/under his command? Anyone under his command might have noticed that he isn't your usual mech and/or him trying to disobey command

I'm probably blind, but what's the difference between a mech and a broken wired mech? Just curious :)

A mech is completely under control of the orginization, but the broken wire mech has... a broken wire. For some reason, due to a malfunction the broken wire is not under complete control of the orginization. The orginization and other dogs do not know this, however.
