Why is there an age limit on this game? I have a 13 year old sister who would like to play but she can't because of the age limit. It would be helpful if someone answered this.

| Can anybody help me out? I want to start over with a new account (this one) but want to transfer all my currency to this one since I won't be really using my old accounts anymore and it seems even though I have been gone for a very long time still can't transfer between accounts. |
