Finn extended his hand for Lily to take, giving her a weary smile. He had... more questions that likely no one had answers to. Like what they meant by other gods, also how did that whole thing work? How was it that Veles didn't recognize Alma? Did he even know Alma was a deity at all? Or did Veles have any memories?
The type of questions that would probably never get an answer. He glanced back toward Xevon and Callisto, watching them close the door.
"... I really hope they're okay," Finn admitted quietly. "Yeah, I get on his nerves... but I really worry for the guy. He's been through a lot. Like ... a lot-a lot."
Alma shook her head lightly. "It's really too difficult to say for sure," she said softly, "especially here. That is partially why I split us up. To give him time to gather his emotions and settle them."

Xevon stepped in beside Callisto, struggling to keep himself where he was. He was in the cottage. The smell of chamomile, the warmth of a fire, the smell of old books... he was in the cottage.
"I... think I just need some space," Xevon admitted quietly. "Some space to... to sort out everything. It's been a lot lately," his voice was calm, struggling to remain neutral and grounded. His head threatened to spin with memories, emotions and the likes.
He wasn't going to let Callisto see it. That was not a pretty sight.
