His tail lashed, but he licked his brother, taking a breath. He wagged his tail at his mate, gracefully padding over to stand next to her, and licking her muzzle sweetly. "Yeah. I'm alive. Barely. My den flooded and I almost drowned." He looked around the group, long muzzle wrinkling. Who were these strange animals? And if they looked like that, he probably looked like a walking mud clot.

"I'll be back in a few minutes Sparrow. Nice to meet you Night." I walk to Selene and lick her nose sitting down." I don't like large crowds so I decided it would be nice to spend some time with you." I look at her just now noticing our height difference I lay down and look up at the sky

I smiled at Pandora and rested my head on my paws, evesdropping on the conversations between the other survivers. I blinked as Ace came and sat with me. "oh um thanks?"

" Anyway what kind of stuff do you like to do?" I ask curious and look back at her." I mean if you don't mind me asking. I'll respect your privacy if you don't wanna tell me." I smile and stand up drinking some water

Pandora flicked her tongue on the water's surface and it smelled clean. She took a few big gulps. It was cool and fresh. If she wanted to keep living in her tree, she'd need travel all the way here to drink. She liked her tree, ball pythons didn't need to drink too often, and it wasn't that far... so she figured she'd stay.

I thought for a moment and said "yelling at crows, running, hunting" i looked up at him "what about you?"

I Thought about it and finally said." Usually just played catch with my owners barked at people and hunted." I say and lay back down feeling hydrated

After she finished drinking, Pandora moved closer to the rest of the group and coiled up. She listened as some of the other animals conversed, hoping she could learn something about them and the situation.

"That sounds fun" I said and smiled. I looked around at the survivors, what an unexpected team. "What is playing catch?" I asked, curiously. I spotted Pandora, the snake, by herself and I smiled at her warmly, then turned back to Ace. I was stunned for a moment by how close he was. His fur was warm and comforting.

" They throw a ball and I try to catch it. It became boring after awhile." I look at the space between us and close the gap." Can I tell you something?"
