@witchpup You lift your lantern so you can hopefully see the tracks better and to where they go. It seems to make the tracks more visible to you, and you can see a mess of tracks leading over to a previously hidden path, like whatever made them were tussling. You decide to follow the tracks through the bushes and towards the hidden clearing, the moon helping a little to light your way through the thick fog. It's mostly quiet, however you can hear the bushes rustling up ahead. When you reach the main clearing two sets of eyes stare at you, pausing in whatever they were doing. The two are smaller than your friend, so you assume that they're kits. They seem more curious than cautious A) sit down and say hello B) entice them with the throw toy C) approach the two, maybe they'll stick around D) free answer :) - - - Inventory Backpack [3/15] - mini telescope - container - Birch throw toy Carrying - lantern - backpack - comfy basket Edited at September 30, 2023 06:44 PM by Raven Wing

I sit down to say hello! I put down my lantern and place my basket next to me as well, maybe it'll make the kits more comfortable to see another rabbit? I then take out the throw toy and wiggle it around to see if it'll catch their attention ;o;

@Drunken seas You decide to follow the tracks that all move right and have to push through some thick bushes that block the path. You're careful not to light anything on fire with the lantern, and successfully manuver to the other side, where the tracks seem to veer off from one another. Two sets of tracks, the paws and rabbit prints, head to the right, while one set of rabbit tracks head to the left but seem to disappear A) follow the paw prints and rabbit tracks B) follow the rabbit tracks C) search somewhere else D) free answer - - - Inventory Backpack [3/15] - strawberry chunks - blueberry chunks - rainbow throw toy Carrying - backpack - comfy basket

@Dawnforest Apologies! I thought I responded ;w; You turn to Miller and ask for their advice. They hum thoughtfully, the ravens on their giant antlers cawing a little bit at the sudden movement of their head tilting. "The rockier areas are good for rabbits because it offers places for them to hide under stones, however it's also more open. If you see any broken brambles along the trail however, maybe it's a den a rabbit has made. The rabbits here like to travel a lot, so they don't make dens frequently. Any that you do see probably belong to a mother or a doe who is expecting." A) head towards the rocky area (if you'd like you can take a picture of the other trail) B) go along the trail with broken brambles (if you'd like you can take a picture of the other trail) C) walk further in to see what else you can find (you can take a picture of the other trails to come back to if you'd like) D) free answer :) - - - Inventory Reusable Bag [5/12] - container - camera - telescope - strawberry chunks - blueberry chunks Carrying - reusable bag - comfy basket

@witchpup You decide to say hello to the tiny babies! You set down your lantern and basket and crouch down on the floor. The two creep a little closer, sniffing the air curiously. Your friend is poking their own head out of the basket, eyeing the two kits as they progressively take a few hops forward. The throw toy is what seems to seal the deal for them, and quickly they bound forward, eager to play more! One approaches very close and even stands on its hind legs in order to try and nibble on the thing that you've presented while the second tries to muscle their way past their sibling A) continue to play with them! B) see if you're friend is interested in joining in C) try and pet them! D) free answer :)

@witchpup The kits enthusiastically try and nibble and yank the toy around, albeit gently as to not rip it out of your hands. One of them clumsily clambers over the other one and ends up tripping, though gets back up moments later and continues chasing after the toy. Your friend shakes their head a little after getting booped, but it seems to have caught their attention. Less enthusiastically than the two kits, they give a tentative nibble when it comes their way. The kits seem to finally take notice of the other older rabbit, and curiously sniff towards them more before continuing to play. Your friend seems encouraged by this, and hops out of the basket to better play with the toy. This continues on for quite a while until the kits have calmed down and are investigating the backpack and the basket you brought. Your friend watches on, going back into the basket A) pet them! B) open the backpack so they can investigate more C) try and entice them inside the basket D) free answer :)

@Drunken seas You decide to follow the single set of footprints that veer to the left and hope you can find where the tracks pick up again. After a little bit of searching, you manage to find more paw tracks that head further into the brush before getting into a very forested area. There is little to no noise, but the tracks stop within this area A) turn back B) search through the brush, maybe the rabbit is still here C) look around, try and light the area with your lantern D) free answer :) Edited at October 1, 2023 09:08 AM by Raven Wing
