Yes. For some background, the two had met all the way back when they were still in highschool and have been best friends since. Joliqun is just about the most supportive, charismatic, laidback but assertive person ever.

Yes, he is one of my few fluff characters. He'll probably end up becoming a reoccurring NPC at the least lmao

I have a few now, if only to even things out between all the angst and whatnot. I gotta make some fluff, if only so it hurts more when it inevitably all comes crashing down.
