It looks great and you certainly have improved! The first and second pictures are amazing and I would love to commission you sometime soon, but for the third picture you still have that sort of out of proportion head and stiff legs, maybe thicken out and add a bit of fluff to the neck there?
And I'm unsure if the animal is a canine or feline, a feline would better fit in with a pose like that because their bodies tend to be a bit slimmer than a canine's would be.

@Painted

UGH! I know...I only like it since it's a new OC of mines. And since it's a hybrid between a vampire/winged wolf. But thank you really for the feedback <3

Vampire wolf is pretty creative, what art program do you currently use? If you use MediBang I may be able to help you with fur and whatnot

That first one has a super nice and dynamic pose though I can recommend varying the fur a little more. Try having some going in different directions or looking at fur direction on wolves/dogs. There are several images you can find online which are super helpful. Having some fur sticking up in different directions can really help give some move movement and texture to your art.

You seem to be doing the same type/ear positioning, I can suggest trying some new ones which can often help to aid expression.

Overall it's looking really good!

NEW goal

I can't shade ;-;. I use different layers to get the lightening right and I might even use 2 layers. But there's always something wrong...

Also on eyes how do I make them look more...open and clear. Like bright :)

I can definitely help out with the shading ;)
I use fire alpaca, and for my shading, I don't add/rarely highlights, I do it all based off shadows.
I make a new layer set on multiply, and try to figure out where I want to light to come from. I then draw the shading the opposite from that and blur it a ton so it fades out. I then do the same with a new layer, but set it on add and go from where the light shines on. It would look something like this

which is pretty alright for beginning I suppose, but it can end up making them look shiny rather than fluffy or textured.

To really add detail, like this piece,
(Which looks a little awkward face-wise X'D)
https://i.postimg.cc/ncrqktSM/donez.png
I erase small stripes/pieces where the light would shine, in the multiply layer, and gradually blend them back in. This makes for decent fur texture but is time-consuming.
Since I use Firealpaca I use the watercolor brush for this, set on the lowest opacity, though I've also done it with the smudge tool and it worked pretty well. It also took me months to finally get this down, just keep experimenting and trying different things.
Even cell shading can look really nice on a small clean piece

Your artwork is off to a fabulous start. Let me give you a few pointers!
Most of it will come to you with practice. :) Be loose, vary your line weight.

Here's a redline!
