I just joined a few days ago, and I made a greenhouse in the relics crafting thing. Is that why I cannot use it, because it is only for premium members?

The greenhouse will eventually deteriorate and disappear.

There is, however, a great abundance of greenhouse supplies selling for cheap, so it shouldn't take too long to get the parts you need.
