Different species of fae will have different powers,
I can list a few and hopefully it'll explain the limitations;
High Fae are among the most powerful so generally would be the only ones able to shape shift into animals, they're gifted immortality and heightened senses. They also have enough power to ward off (or kill) other fae/monsters that threaten their court. The powers given to them are varied because of different power levels for every individual so not everyone gets the same things, except for shape shifting and immortality at the very least.
Illyrians have the gift of flight, superhuman healing abilities and they can light up a room with their magic if they want to.
Banshees (I assume they would end up in the night court, not too sure but they are death omens) get quite a bit, some include: Clairaudience
Sonic Scream
Name Identification
Semi-Immortality
Death sense.
Those are a few powers some fae types have, Aziel would have immortality and a power boost since he was turned high fae, and kept everything Illyrian about him. I don't want too much to one fae so if someone added all those banshee powers to their banshee powers i would have to say that wasn't allowed because that's a bit much, I'll allow 4 things like Shapeshifting, Immortality, Extra strength and heightened senses for high fae characters. You can have up to 2 powers for lesser fae, but it can be things like clairaudience and future telling because those are powerful but can't be put into actual practice without help from someone else. I feel like im not explaining right but do we get what i mean-? ^^"
