Gizmo and my budgie are slowly getting used to each other. Gizmo is learning to be gentle with Loki. Loki just wants to be buddies with Gizmo but I am not gonna rush things. |

This is Gizmo being defensive most mornings: I have to be careful when handling this brat. I usually just feed him and leave him for a bit. |

Gizmo has had an eventful day. First I took him outside for a few minutes. Then after we came back in there was an electrical fire in the lounge that we sorted out pretty quickly. Then he fell off my shoulder into my fishtank. I am wondering how he is still alive after today. |

I am having an argument with my gran. Everything to do with my bird is mine but I am living in her house, I need some advice.
My gran is against me microchipping Gizmo.
She just says and thinks it's pointless. She also thinks that I am wasting money.
I am wondering to wait till shes gone OR I have moved out to microchip him would be better. I can see the carnage ahead and I dont know what to do.
I already have the money. Just between a rock and place right now. 🙁 What are the pros of doing the microchip at a later date? cons?
