I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

Tika fully supporting his beloved and if she won't demand a less straining load for herself then he will 👏🏽.
