Nico growled and glared at Timber. He lunged at Timber and bit him on the shoulder as hard as he could. Then he pounced on Timber, got up, and ran back into the woods as far as he could so he could continue exploring. When he was out of breath he was so deep in the forest he could not see or hear the camp anymore. He did not mean to run so far. He shivered from cold and fear. He yelped as loud as he could even though he new the camp would not hear him. He did not remember which way the camp was. Then out of nowhere he heard something much larger than a wolf walking through the snow. He crouched down and buried himself in the snow. He watched as a creature trudged by him though the snow. It was large with glowing eyes. It was searching and looking around as if hunting. Suddenly it lifted its head and sniffed the air then lowered its gaze to where Nico was hiding.

He yelped licking his shoulder as he raced into the forest. He followed Nico's scent rapidly catching up since he naturally was a good tracker. He followed the trail and pushed halfway though a bush. He froze again seeing the demon thing looming over Nico. His mouth curled back in a snarl as he raced into the clearing, his heart raced as he lunged at the beast tugging back and forth. The lurkers body turned trying to get to him but he was barely out of reach. He felt his grip loosen as the monster struggled trying to get him. He eyed Nico to run as he fell down. He snarled as he nudged Nico to run. He saw Nico frozen with fear, his jaws clamped around Nico as he dragged him as fast as he could. He saw the monster start walking towards them. He snarled as his tail tucked with fear. He snapped Nico out of his state of fear. His legs moved themselves darting as fast as they could. He didn't look back, he had to pray Nico was following.

*she launched herself at the demon, latching her teeth into it's neck, and only released to yell to Nico and Timber to run and get some warriors then latched her teeth into the demon, going deep, and ripping a chunk out of him, making blood drip off her teeth*

Nico shook himself and then ran with Timber back to the camp. He looked back once but the beast was not in sight. This meant it was either in the bushes stalking them or ithad given up. When they reached the camp he fell down on his stomach and passed out from the cold and the memory of whatever that creature was.

He fell beside Nico panting heavily, "Orrhg.." He groaned as he dragged Nico back to the nursery with him. He collapsed at his fathers side leaving Nico beside his father as well. He quickly fell into a deep sleep.

Spirit watched Timber and Nico come running in. She had returned herself minutes ago, having a feeling not to be to far from camp. She watched them for a moment more, before they disappeared into the nursery. She then looked into the forest herself, - What could have spooked them that bad?- She thought, and her thoughts and gazed remained on the forest.

Kodiak | M | Warrior

Kodiak travled through the woods with Nukka and Sasha for awhile before they reached the spot where Jaguar died. Kodiak sniffed the air to see if the lurker was still there. Then when he decided it was clear he went over and grabbed Jaguars frozen arm. He quickly backed up. The ice was to cold to touch. It was even colder than normal ice. He looked at the other two. " What are we supposed to do now?" He growled a little in frustration while waiting for the other two to respond.
