Mark said "we can do the emergency C-section. Just let me know if it becomes painful." Mark got everything ready for the C-section and he gave her something to bit down on. Mark began to perform the C-section and he was be careful. Mark got the babies out and he stitched Andrea up as he was glad of that. Mark washed Ryan off and he handed him to Andrea. Mark washed Luna off and he was holding her so that Andrea could get use to them both. Mark ask "how are you feeling now?" Vincent kept kissing Sky and he said "I love you too Sky." He was feeling happy to be with her. |

"Okay," Andrea said and she bit down on the thing Mark gave her to bit down on when he started the C-section. Andrea screamed out in pain and had tears falling down her face from the excruciating pain, but she insisted to keep going. Andrea continued to scream as he got the babies out and sewed her back up. Andrea took Ryan but then passed out from the pain, but wasn't going to die. Sky took off her shirt again as she continued to kiss Vincent before she decided to try and take the reins this time, showing just how inexperienced she was with this. "I'm sorry. I don't think I've read enough fanfictions to be able to take the reins my first time taking the reins," Sky said with a small chuckle. |

Mark saw that she was passed out so he took care of the twins so that she could rest easier. Mark was not sure if Bruce was awake or not but he was not going to wake Bruce up just to meet the twins as he knew that he needed rest. Mark knew he would stay awake for the babies. Vincent said "it's okay. Just do what you feel like doing." He kissed her back and he smiled softly as he was going to let her do what she wanted to do. Vincent ask "would you be mad if I got a tattoo?" He look at her. |

Andrea eventually woke back up but she was in an awful lot of pain as they didn't have the pain medications strong enough to calm down her pain from the C-section. Andrea got up with a struggle and went to where Mark was slowly as each step hurt her badly. "Hey, love. How are the twins?" Andrea whispered as she covered a groan. She looked at Mark as she sat down as she really needed to sit. |

Mark whispered "they are good." He showed her the twins who were snuggled up to him. Mark was still shirtless and he whispered "they would not fall asleep in their crib so I was holding them so that they could sleep peacefully." Luna was laying where Mark's heart beat was and she seem to be smiling. |

"That's alright. As long as you can get some sleep too then I'm fine with it. I'm going to stay here for a little bit since I'm in a lot of pain from the C-section and I can't move around very well," Andrea told Mark. She laid down on the couch, curled up in a ball with her head towards Mark, but far enough away where he could get up without a problem and she fell asleep as she was extremely exhausted from pushing so hard to get the babies out. "Thank you," Andrea said sleepily as she fell back asleep after thanking him for helping her today with delivering the twins. |

Mark said "welcome." He kept the twins in his arms and he began to fall asleep as he knew that he would need to sleep eventually but Luna began to cry which woke Mark up. Luna did not need to be changed and Mark figured that she was hungry. Mark got up and gave her a bottle so that Andrea could sleep. Ryan had been placed in a crib. Mark was holding Luna as he gave her the bottle. Mark whispered "I love you Luna. I love Ryan and I love your mother." |

Andrea was asleep peacefully when she woke up to the sound of Luna crying. She yawned as she sat up, realizing that she had fallen asleep and it was now 2:30 in the morning. Andrea got up and went over to Mark as she waited for him to put Luna down to sleep. Then she slowly went upstairs with him to their room and got into bed. Andrea was too sore to cuddle but she fell asleep facing him. Andrea slept soundly as she was sleeping with Mark. |

Mark put Luna down for sleep and he went to her so that they could sleep. Mark fell asleep by Andrea as he was feeling tried and he could not cuddle at all. Mark began to wake up around 8:00 in the morning. Mark put a shirt on and he went to the twins. Mark changed them and he washed his hands before taking the twins down stairs so that they could be downstairs with him while he cooks breakfast. |

Andrea woke up soon after, though she knew that she should probably still be in bed in order to heal from her wound or else it was going to reopen. Andrea got up anyways and went downstairs. She was still in terrible pain, but she felt well enough now to cuddle. "Morning," Andrea said to Mark as she saw him cooking breakfast. Bruce came downstairs too and signed good morning to both of them. He saw the twins and went over to say hi to them. He knew their names, but he was just in awe at how small they were. |
