interview as in like, I have to ask them questions, they answer honestly only (i have a lying 6th sense LOL), then after a day or two, after checking over their answers, they either get accepted or not :3 Very fun job (seriously)

This is not true. The only way a wolf can get an injury, as Venn has already said, is when a wolf gets defeated in battle. Then it has a chance to gain an injury.
