1.) Scroll down to "Manage your wolf"

2.) Find the option "Free Range" and click that, check the box and submit.

It's actually called "Leave Pack" now, instead of Free range.

It's under retire now because free ranging is essentially the exact same as retiring. The only difference is you get a bone and can memorize retired wolves and you get nothing from free ranging
