I use Krita with my chromebook and stylus. Krita is free and has a ton of brushes and color palette options. You can also animate in it, which is a plus. It's very tricky to use at first, but once you get used to it it is an awesome system for a free art program.

Mobile: I use Ibis (dropped $8 or something so I could have all the brushes and no ads annoying me) but thats my phone and tablet. I didn't really feel like dropping any money on anything else and I'm pretty satisfied with the work I've done with it. I have a Samsung s7+ or something tablet and it works really what for me, so there's that. Desktop: On my computer I use photoshop and a Wacom Tablet. I had one that was perfect but Hella beat up because I had it since middle school. That one finally crapped out after almost a decade. I replaced it with this one after a week or so of searching for something that wasn't unreasonably expensive and would fit in my workspace comfortably. I'm actually pretty happy with it. In the way of computer, I built it myself from scratch; I don't know what that does for you, but yeah. Edited at May 8, 2022 09:11 PM by Blackburne

For art programs I use Medibang Paint Pro and Krita, both are free. For drawing I use a VEIKK tablet(can't remember the price, $100-$150?) it gets the job done. I'd love to upgrade to a screen tablet in the future though. For traditional art I pretty much use anything pencils, paint, I just recently got some alcohol markers.

I use a wacom intuos (mine is the old model) and Krita. I got mine for my B-day 7-8 years ago and I have dropped the dang thing so many times and it is scratched all to hell in the middle from the stylus but it still works like a charm- The styulus it comes with has extra nibs in the back of the tablet- something I didn't know for the longest time <-< Never had an issue with it
