It's just.. a bit hard to oppose your social environment sometimes, especially in such a big way haha I've definitely gotten better about in in recent months, and I think I'll finally grow a proper spine and do what's right for me soon |

Whether they see you as lazy or not will not change your work experience, will not change who you are and will not change the fact that you're hard working, empathetic and trying your best. | dude my coworkers refuse to do it. We work 2-6 hours of overtime DAILY and they refuse to stand up to our bosses?? I've asked them so many times to just leave together after our 8 hours are done, or to speak to management together but they just refuse to. No clue why, I'm so annoyed And if I do it alone, as the newest hire and also the youngest person by far, I look like an idiot or a contrarian. |
