Alrighty, so basically, I took the idea from all of the stray cats in the area and a lot of people's towns/cities. Recently, people have been neglecting to fix their cats, which causes a problem because they get out and well... kittens. There have been a lot of parentless litters recently because the parents are house cats or people throw out the kittens and neglect them. So this is basically making me happier because even if they arent real, people will be getting cats/kittens.
