im aware you cannot send links to your socials such as instagram, youtube, tiktok, etc. but art sites are mostly allowed. toyhouse is the most common right now

ibis paint is not an art platform its a program.
all art programs is allowed as long as it doesnt involve ai or nonstock assets (some apps will give you "free" backgrounds that are in fact, not free but stolen)
