Lmao, yeah, I'm alright, I wasn't even home when it struck. It took out my whole neighborhoods internet though :')

I was camping when it happened and after I got home it took a few days for the guy to come and fix it. Appearently the storm was pretty rough but everybody is safe and everythings been fixed :D

I loved the Ollie and Roxie post! And guess what? I was bored awhile ago and wrote up a Will post so I'm gonna look it over and then post it and then we can just need to catch the others up to a point where they go to bed and then we can time skip to the morning!

That dude sounds like absolute shit wtf, and that girl also, like it's fine if you realize you're not lgbtq but you don't have to hurt people around you when you do.

Okay, to summarize the past few weeks, our manager with an alcohol problem and anger issues finally got kicked out and is only supposed to be in the stable when he has clients for our horses and bossman made sure of this by giving chef an ultimatum. Bossman just got tired of it because chef had said for weeks that he would kick him out and then he didn't so bossman just went home, said he's not touching another horse until a decision is made. But after that there was still a bunch of drama with the now ex manager because he would not really accept this and after barely being in the stable for months or doing anything then all of a sudden he was there planning shit, showing horses for clients without telling bossman (which was something he was supposed to do) and taking one of bossman's horses (aka mine because I primarily ride it) to have another rider jump it because clients were coming for him and we were at show, without saying anything. There was so much more also but sums it up pretty much.
One of the riders also quit, like the same day as we got the manager kicked out and bossman asked if everything else was good now in the stable or there was something else he could change for us, she says everything is fine only to later that they break down and then all of a sudden everything was shit, she didn't want to ride like half of the horses on her list, wanted bossman to be there constantly and train her (he has over 15 horses himself on his list, that's impossible) and all of a sudden going to shows was too much and she couldn't work with half of us in the stable and so on. Next day she leaves and goes home for a week to think about if she wanted to continue here, leaving us on a week full of shows so at most we were two out of four people in the stable at a time having to manage taking out as many of our 60-70 ish horses and feeding and all that shit. She then came back after a week and packed her stuff, having decided that she wanted to go to another stable instead. And the thing is she won't get it better at another stable, she's still an apprentice doing her education to become a rider, here she had a groom, 10 horses of which like 6-7 were nice show horses and the others a bit "shitty" and difficult, at most stables you only have shit horses as an apprentice and absolutely no groom. When they go to show they get a truck for the horses, gas cost nothing, that they can fill up here at the stable, we help each other so much, even if just one person has to leave for show at say 7 when we normally start, the rest of us get up an hour earlier to feed and help get the horses ready, shows are paid for you, a lot of tack you get for free or at a good discount through the stable, hell the chef pays if we have to go to the doctor even when it has nothing to do with the horses or the stable. And I got one of her horses that apparently weren't good enough for her, the horse is a literal saint and he's so damn nice to ride.
We have a new girl now though, another apprentice, she's mostly a dressage rider but like it works out, she rides the horses on the flat and jumps maybe once a week but she's very helpful and nice, almost too nice honestly, it weirds me out a bit ngl, like she is a bit strange at times and sometimes I feel like she's a bit stupid, like with feeding, I've told her several times this week that three of our horses are too fat, don't feed them so much hay, and what does she do? Feed them like twice of what they should have, plus they all stand on straw beds so they have straw to eat all day too, they don't need 20 kg hay per feeding! But otherwise she's quite alright and I'm still happy we have a new person because it does not go around otherwise, it barely does as is but we make it work as best as we can.

Okay, rant/summary over. There has been so much else also but yeah. Luckily I have not seen K so much this week so that I haven't had to deal with so much the past few days.

Oh shit, one more thing! We have an entitled asshole of a dressage rider riding three of our horses now because she wanted more "adrenaline" in her life apparently but I can't stand her, she has the chef around her finger pretty much and can do whatever the hell she wants almost, like when she first came to the dressage stable she told him that she doesn't want to do any stable work and only wants good show horses for the bigger classes, which she got, so already no one likes her in the dressage stable. In total she has nine horses, 6 dressage ones that she gets the help with from a groom meaning she can be done with them at lates like 3-4 pm but honestly earlier. By us she has one show horse and two young horses, yet she wants a groom, like we don't have shit to do already. Bossman has clearly said that she won't get a groom by us because she can manage three horses, takes 5 minutes to tack up and the young horses need like 20-30 minutes max so she can do both in about an hour, some lunging and then riding for a few minutes and then she can ride the other until 6 if she wants since she still doesn't help with stable work. She still uses the new girl and the other groom because neither of them can ever say no so then she asks them to do shit for her like wash her horses off and stuff like that. Today I had to get her horse from the walker when I still had to ride two horses and barely had time for that because the other groom had said he would do it but he needed to go help bossman jump so I just sent him outside and had to get the horse myself. Sure it takes me not even 5 minutes to do it but neither does it for her! And I should have to do it, none of us should but still I had to, if not for the horse's sake then I would have happily left it in the walker until she got it herself even if it had to stay in there all night because she's just using the others. And because of this I barely had time to get on the horse and warm it up for bossman who was gonna jump her and then I ended up not having time to ride my second horse, and he leaves tomorrow because he's been sold, and I love him so I'm sad about that. And she never cleans her stuff up, she just leaves it hanging outside and goes and then we have to take it away because otherwise we get shit for the stable looking like a mess and like when she is done before 6 and we are still feeding and sweeping, instead of just standing still and talking to someone, pick up a fucking broom and help sweep while talking, it doesn't hurt.

Okay, now I'm done... I just can't stand her, she thinks she can just do whatever the hell she wants
