sailors used to get scurvy allll the time because their diets lacked vitamin c; none of their preserved food contained it! and yeah no one wants scurvy, all your teeth fall out 😞

The ocean goes very deep. To get seaweed would be very difficult, and I don't imagine it's very tasty either. XD |
