There doesn't really need to be a dramatic reason or something. The heir to Icarus could've just been trying to survive. I mean, in this kind of world, it's everyone for themselves—people are brutal. And Chris wouldn't be able to consider the heir's need to survive if he's drowning in the grief of losing his mother.
exactly. though a reason would give him more motive, it's also a matter of how he knows the heir did it. it could've been by word from his previous group, or something like that. i do think i'll just roll with the reason of survival, which maybe is a bit hypocrital considering chris has killed plenty of people for survival who might've had a wife/husband, kids, mothers, fathers, siblings, etc.

yeah. it's hurting my brain a bit, but would be good for development if the rp does make it that far, which i hope it does. and if the rp will still have places to go once they reach icarus. |
