Yup! That be the scout! I will basicallu just need his appearance and personality written once he's up. Couldn't find the stock I was looking for though, so I'll probably just describe the first image I found. Also, hehe. >:3
I have a feeling Quilo might end up not knowing who ya go with down the line. He'd totally be up with flirting with all the females he can though. XD
